Yogurt-Dill Dressing

Very versatile! Serve over salad or on chilled, steamed vegetables. Omit the oil, vinegar, and water and it becomes a great dip!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Canola Oil
  • ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. Water
  • ½ Tbs. Fresh-squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp. Dried Dill Weed
  • ½ tsp. Sugar
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until smooth.
