Cheesy Galette with Apples and Cinnamon

- 1 recipe for your favorite pie dough
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 apples, washed and thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Roll out the pie dough on a lightly floured surface, with a floured rolling pin.
- Transfer dough to a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Spread cream cheese in a circle in the center of pie dough, leaving about 1-2 inches of pie dough all around.
- Arrange apple slices in two layers.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Fold edges of pie dough over top.
- Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
