Cheesy Galette with Apples and Cinnamon

  • 1 recipe for your favorite pie dough
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 apples, washed and thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Roll out the pie dough on a lightly floured surface, with a floured rolling pin.
  3. Transfer dough to a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Spread cream cheese in a circle in the center of pie dough, leaving about 1-2 inches of pie dough all around.
  5. Arrange apple slices in two layers.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Fold edges of pie dough over top.
  8. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
