Mushroom sauce for steak or potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 container sliced mushrooms (any variety)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine
  • 1 Tbsp white truffle infused olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil about one minute. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté another 2-3 minutes. Add wine and truffle infused olive oil. Heat through and serve over steak and potatoes.
