Remoulade Sauce

There must be hundreds of remoulade recipes floating around out there. I have found that this is the best combination of easy and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ C. Mayonnaise
  • ¼ C. Sweet Relish
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh Tarragon or 2 tsp. Dried Tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Capers, Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
