Put avocado in a bowl and mash (potato masher works best)
Add all ingredients (except tomato) and mix well until completely incorporated. (Many of these ingredients can be adjusted to taste (salt, cumin, jalapeno, cilantro) but this recipe makes a great, balanced dip that a big group can enjoy!)
Add tomato & gently fold in.
Refrigerate for 1 hour & then serve with tortilla chips.
