Thickly Sliced Corned Beef
Rye Bread Slices

Bottle Russian Dressing (the Thicker the Better)
Swiss Cheese, Thinly Sliced
Sauerkraut
Softened Butter
Cook Mode
Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Loosely pile corned beef high onto a slice of rye bread
Pour on an ample amount of dressing
Cover with slices of Swiss cheese
Top with sauerkraut and more dressing
Put on another slice of bread
Slather both pieces of bread (outside) with softened butter
Preheat a sauté pan
Place 1 or more sandwiches into a preheated sauté pan, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
Flip the sandwich and cover, cooking again until golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted
Serve hot
