Minty Green St. Patrick’s Day “Shamoothie”

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed green tea, preferably mint green tea
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 green Bartlett or D’anjou pear, cored and sliced
  • 1 sprig mint

Instructions

  1. Brew tea, add in honey and cool.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with additional mint or lime if desired.
