C. Chopped Raw Cauliflower Florets

Can (15 oz.) Dark Red Kidney Beans

Scallions, Chopped

C. Snipped Parsley

C. Italian Dressing
½ tsp
. Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp
. Sugar

Cloves Garlic, Minced

Instructions
Trim green beans and cut into 1 inch pieces, boil or steam for 12 minutes
Combine green beans, cauliflower, kidney beans, scallions and parsley in a large bowl
In another, smaller bowl, mix dressing, mustard, sugar and garlic
Pour dressing over salad and toss
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally
