- 1 lb. Green Beans
- 3 C. Chopped Raw Cauliflower Florets
- 1 Can (15 oz.) Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 4 Scallions, Chopped
- ¼ C. Snipped Parsley
- 1 C. Italian Dressing
- ½ tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Instructions
- Trim green beans and cut into 1 inch pieces, boil or steam for 12 minutes
- Combine green beans, cauliflower, kidney beans, scallions and parsley in a large bowl
- In another, smaller bowl, mix dressing, mustard, sugar and garlic
- Pour dressing over salad and toss
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally
