C. sour cream or plain yogurt

C. Lowfat Milk

C. Parmesan cheese

. Fettuccini, cooked according to package
1/8 Tsp
. pepper

Instructions
Wash chard, cut into small pieces. Heat oil in large 2 Qt. saucepan over medium-heat, 1-2 minutes.
Add chard, garlic and onion; cooking 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, cooked fettuccini, pepper and salt. Stir well. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
