Swiss Chard & Creamy Pasta

- 1 Lb. Swiss Chard
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- ¼ C. chopped onion
- 2 Large tomatoes, chopped
- ½ C. sour cream or plain yogurt
- ½ C. Lowfat Milk
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
- 8 Oz. Fettuccini, cooked according to package
- 1/8 Tsp. pepper
- 1/8 Tsp. salt
Instructions
- Wash chard, cut into small pieces. Heat oil in large 2 Qt. saucepan over medium-heat, 1-2 minutes.
- Add chard, garlic and onion; cooking 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, cooked fettuccini, pepper and salt. Stir well. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
