Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce


Mrs. Wolff’s Cranberry Relish

  • 12 ounces Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Navel Orange with peels, diced
  • 3/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped


  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Boil gently for 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sauce will thicken as it cools. This recipe yields 3 servings.
