Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce

Have you ever tasted a Wolff family recipe?  Maybe you’ve sampled one of the family recipes that our chef, Chuck Smith, crafts for our own prepared foods line: the fresh tomato salsa that fills our fridges all year round, or the guacamole that delights customers in summer and fall.

But have you ever made a Wolff family recipe at home?  If you’ve had the chance to sample any of the Wolff family recipes we sell in our farm market, you know that the recipes we’ve developed over the generations reflect our commitment to the best tasting local foods possible.  This month, we have started to make these family recipes available online to our customers.

Bringing you the best in local seasonal produce is our mission, so we just couldn’t keep our “secret” family recipes to ourselves.  These meals bring out the natural flavors of favorite seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs.  Try anything from our Simple Steamed Artichokes to Mrs. Wolff’s Cranberry Sauce to share in the Wolff family tradition!

Craving more recipes?  Check out Chuck Smith’s posts on our blog.  There, Chuck has shared delectable recipes for applesauce, paletas de fresa (strawberry ice pops) and homegrown tomato sandwiches with homemade mayonnaise— and he keeps the recipes coming.

Take a look at our expanding online cookbook, and keep the tradition going by sharing your own family favorites!
