A fantastic idea for your holiday hors d’oeuvres! From the kitchen on Andi Wolff! This is a truly different and tasty guacamole.


Guacamole with Bacon


  • 2 Large, Ripe Avocados
  • ½ lb. Bacon, Crisply Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1 tsp. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, Diced
  • 4 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • Tortilla Chips for Dipping


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended but not pureed.
  2. Serve with store bought or homemade tortilla chips.
