Guacamole with Bacon
- 2 Large, Ripe Avocados
- ½ lb. Bacon, Crisply Cooked and Crumbled
- 1 tsp. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, Diced
- 4 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- Tortilla Chips for Dipping
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended but not pureed.
- Serve with store bought or homemade tortilla chips.
